As Marketing Director for The Lee Team in Las Vegas, and supporting the marketing team at The Wealth Consulting Group, Margo Herwig leads strategic marketing initiatives that help strengthen advisor growth, elevate the client experience, and support long-term business development. She oversees marketing strategy, brand positioning, content development, client engagement, and practice growth initiatives, bringing together creativity and execution to drive measurable results. 

With experience spanning financial services, legal technology, healthcare, advertising, and professional services, Margo brings a broad business perspective to every opportunity. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, with an emphasis in sales, marketing, and promotion, from the University of Kansas. She is known for building scalable marketing programs, developing meaningful client experiences, and helping organizations strengthen their brand while supporting sustainable growth. Her collaborative approach and ability to connect strategy with execution makes her a trusted partner to advisors and leadership alike.

Outside of work, Margo enjoys travel, live music, and exploring new creative outlets. A certified Pilates instructor and lifelong learner, she is passionate about personal growth and wellness. She is the proud mother of her son, Jordan, and enjoys spending time with her micro Goldendoodle, Ginger, who is often her favorite coworker throughout the day.
