Aja Riesberg

As Chief of Staff at The Wealth Consulting Group, Aja Reisberg (pronounced “Asia”) partners closely with the President and senior leadership team to help drive alignment, execution, and operational clarity across the firm. She supports leadership priorities through strategic coordination, executive communications, and thoughtful oversight of key initiatives that enhance both internal collaboration and the advisor experience.

With a background spanning financial services, operations, and organizational support, Aja brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. She began her career at MassMutual Life Insurance Company, where she held positions across insurance, finance, and broker-dealer operations within MMLISI. Her experience enables her to anticipate leadership needs, manage complex priorities, and translate strategy into action with precision and care.

Outside of work, Aja lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she enjoys skiing, camping, and spending time outdoors with her two very active boys.
