Steven Milbourn

Steven Milbourn is a new to the Cornerstone team. With over 10 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, he has held multiple roles in operations, accounting and financial reporting.

As a Conejo Valley native, Steven graduated from Newbury Park High School and California State University Channel Islands, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business, along with a minor in music.  In his spare time, he can be found giving his 3 kids piggyback rides around the house, and doing DIY projects.

Steven has always had a passion for finance, and he looks forward to helping our advisors work with clients toward creating financial independence for themselves.
