Andy Kalbaugh

As President of The Wealth Consulting Group (WCG), Andy leads the firm’s advisor support, sales, and operations teams. He also serves on WCG’s leadership committee, helping guide the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

Andy brings more than 30 years of executive leadership in the wealth management industry, having supported the growth and development of some of the largest and most successful firms and platforms in the country. Prior to joining WCG, he was the Founder and Managing Partner of Cassique Strategies, a consulting firm dedicated to helping advisory businesses scale with purpose. He also serves on the Advisory Board of TowerBrook Capital Partners, a global private equity firm.

Prior to launching Cassique, Andy served as Managing Director and Divisional President at LPL Financial, where he was a member of the Management Committee. In that role, he supported more than 17,000 independent financial advisors and 800 financial institutions—representing over $900 billion in assets. He also held CEO roles at American General Securities and Mutual Service Corporation, leading both firms through key periods of growth and transformation.

Outside the industry, Andy is a board member of Communities In Schools of Mecklenburg County, where he previously served as President.
