Aja Riesberg

Aja (pronounced “Asia”) joined The Wealth Consulting Group in 2025, bringing a diverse background in financial services, operations, and wellness to her role supporting the senior leadership team. She plays a key role in ensuring the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and effectively.

Originally from Massachusetts, Aja earned her B.S. in Business Management from Bay Path University. She began her career at MassMutual Life Insurance Company, where she held various roles across insurance, finance, and broker-dealer operations within MMLISI. Her time in Boston was spent building a strong foundation in financial services before relocating to Colorado, where she expanded her focus to include nonprofit work and wellness education.

In addition to her corporate experience, Aja has taught yoga with a specialty in trauma-sensitive instruction, leading classes for veterans coping with PTSD and traumatic brain injuries, reflecting her passion for service and creating safe, supportive environments for healing and growth.

Aja now lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she enjoys skiing, camping, and chasing adventure with her two very active boys.
